Eltropy’s agentic AI platform, AI Voice Agents, is integrated with 13 core banking systems, creating a plug-and-play strategy for credit unions.
Eltropy’s AI Voice Agents, launched in September 2025, taps into a credit union’s core banking system, and through that knowledge base, credit unions have access to a “super AI employee,” Saahil Kamath, head of AI at Eltropy, told FinAi News.

The agent can help credit unions that don’t have many resources or employees manage client queries including basic member services, transaction questions or even card services, Kamath said.
Cobalt Credit Union, is using Eltropy’s AI Voice technology, the Papillion, Neb.-based FI announced this week. The technology has helped the credit union achieve an 83% session containment rate, the percentage of user interactions that a chatbot handles successfully, while maintaining high member satisfaction, according to the Jan. 5 release.
Plug-and-play
Cobalt is the first credit union on Fiserv DNA’s core system that implemented Eltropy’s AI Voice solution, Kamath told FinAi News.
Now that Fiserv’s DNA core is enabled, “any credit union on that core can essentially become a plug-and-play integration for us,” he said.
That’s true for any of the 13 cores that Eltropy is already integrated with, including Fiserv, Kamath said.
