Lloyds Banking Group and Truist are hiring AI leaders to advance their enterprise AI agendas.

Lloyds Banking Group is hiring AI transformation leaders, according to Rod Hawan, director and group head of AI and advanced analytics at the bank, announced in a March 2 LinkedIn post. Hawan also serves as an AI advisor to the economic secretary of the U.K. Treasury, according to his LinkedIn profile.

The bank is seeking AI transformation and change leads, AI program and delivery managers, and AI strategy consultants or product-minded AI strategists. The new roles, he said, are focused on turning AI from “interesting” into “useful,” driving measurable impact through clear value alignment and financial outcomes.

Ideal candidates have led end-to-end AI or data-driven change across large enterprises and collaborated across business, data, technology and risk teams, Hawan said. The positions require leaders who can prioritize effectively, build momentum and iterate in complex, regulated environments.

The roles will sit at the center of Lloyds’ AI strategy, shaping vision, prioritizing use cases and ensuring AI is delivered responsibly, ethically and with real business value, according to the post.

Truist opens AI enablement position

Truist has opened applications for a new role, head of AI enablement at Truist Care Centers. The position reports directly to Kimberly Dorsett, head of AI enablement, according to her March 2 LinkedIn post.

The position will shape how AI is designed, scaled and operated across Care Centers, driving impact for teammates and clients. Responsibilities include:

  • Designing and deploying enterprise-grade AI and gen AI solutions;
  • Leading development of LLM-based, agentic and machine learning systems; and
  • Creating reusable AI frameworks to accelerate adoption across lines of business.

The new leader will partner with business, engineering and operations teams to translate strategy into scalable capabilities while ensuring solutions are secure, compliant, ethical and built to perform at scale, according to the announcement.
