ByeWallet is a Spanish startup that brings a social element into payments with collaborative purchases. There are few details yet, but it seems the app will present users with offers based on their spending patterns. A card from a bank account is linked in order for ByeWallet to view the data.

Purchases can also lead to prizes for the user — or group of users — that made the payment. A person-to-person payment platform, with a Venmo-like messaging system attached, is also part of the app.

Users can request invitations to the service, which is still in beta, on its site.
