Fintech Finzly announced today the expansion of its payments technology platform with embedded artificial intelligence across its operations and products, launching a new AI initiative, “Agentic Galaxy.”
Agentic Galaxy is a network of deployable AI agents designed to help banks and credit unions accelerate innovation, simplify complexity and deliver seamless customer experiences, according to today’s Finzly release.
Unlike traditional add-on AI tools, Finzly’s platform integrates intelligence directly into its ISO 20022-native architecture, which also powers its Galaxy suite of money movement products, according to the release. The company said this deep integration allows financial institutions to achieve measurable efficiency gains without additional layers or complex integrations.
Finzly’s AI modules automate payment workflows, foreign exchange, and virtual account operations, while maintaining human oversight to ensure compliance and control, according to the release. The system enables banks to resolve exceptions and make informed decisions in seconds instead of hours.
“Finzly’s approach to agentic AI goes beyond surface-level automation — it embeds intelligence deep within the core of payments and operations,” said Gilles Ubaghs, strategic advisor at Datos Insights.
Founder and CEO Booshan Rengachari said the technology positions banks to “operate at speed with confidence,” maintaining governance while focusing on innovation and customer experience.
