AI-powered fintech Nuvo today launched a Facebook chatbot that helps people find the best mortgage deal.

Based in the U.K., Nuvo’s Facebook bot is aimed at helping people source better mortgage rates whether from banks or other FIs that tailor to a user’s specific needs by not just providing mortgage options, but also guidance as to which option would work best for the user.

To provide financial advice on mortgage matters, the company has a team of financial advisers. There is no costs for using the chatbot or the advisory service.

Nuvo CEO Richard Hayes said in a statement to Finextra today:

We’ve brought comparing complex financial products into the 21st century, whilst maintaining strict controls around data and regulation. In short, we combine everything that’s great about comparison sites and traditional brokers, to provide our customers with an all-round better experience.
