Fiserv has hired former Arvest Bank Chief Technology Officer Ninish Ukkan as chief information officer of digital and financial services.
“After four years of driving digital transformation at Arvest Bank, I am thrilled to officially join the team at Fiserv,” Ukkan posted on LinkedIn this month.
Ukkan is the latest banker to join Fiserv.
“Fiserv has added new leaders across technology, product and sales, each bringing deep industry expertise that will help Fiserv deliver on our One Fiserv action plan,” a Fiserv spokesperson told FinAi News.
One Fiserv is intended to make the company more client-focused, and includes AI investment and application, according to the company’s Feb. 10 fourth-quarter earnings call, The components include:

- Identifying revenue growth opportunities
- Building out the small business operating platform;
- Modernizing platforms; and
- Executing new projects.
- Total revenue for full year 2025 increased 4% year over year to $19.8 billion, in Q4 total revenue rose 0.6% YoY to $5.3 billion; and
- Financial solutions revenue for the year increased 2% YoY to $9.7 billion, in Q4 financial solutions revenue fell 1.6% YoY to $2.4 billion.
Fiserv leadership
In November 2025, Fiserv appointed Rob Thacher as vice president of information technology. Prior to Fiserv, Thacher built his own embedded banking platform, BankShift, and spent 13 years at Capital One, according to LinkedIn.
“These intentional investments in talent will help us win new clients, and grow existing relationships through outstanding service and a stronger technical infrastructure,” the spokesperson said.
Other Fiserv leadership moves include two new appointments from JPMorgan Chase:
- Lia Cao was appointed chief revenue officer of enterprise and platforms at Fiserv in January; and
- Adit Gadgil also joined Fiserv as senior vice president and global head of business development.
