Data leaked from the hack of credit reporting agency Equifax includes the credit card information of about 209,000 of the agency’s customers, according to the company.

Equifax, which first became aware of the attacks in July, announced yesterday that the attack had potentially impacted about 143 million customers. The attack exposed data like social security numbers, names, addresses, and driver’s license numbers, as well as credit cards.

The hackers also accessed additional documents displaying personal customer information for about 182,000 customers in the U.S., as well as personal information for an undisclosed amount of customers in the United Kingdom and Canada.

The breach took place over a three-month period between May and July of this year, according to Equifax.

The company has set up a company help line and website to assist consumers that may have been comprised by the breach, which has struggled to provide users help, as reported by Bloomberg.

Customers accessing the website are asked to put in personal details such as their last name and the last six digits of their Social Security numbers.
