Rob Guilfoyle, CEO of Abe AI, will be speaking at Bank Innovation Ignite 2019 on March 11-12 in Seattle.

Guilfoyle will be on the panel titled “The Future of Banking Experience,” where he will address topics such as the role of natural language in customer experience as well as the type of solutions that can help banks achieve exceptional customer experience.

On this panel, Guilfoyle will be joined by Alex Carriles, head of online banking at BBVA Compass; Karen Pascoe, senior VP of user experience at Mastercard and Himi Khan, VP of product at Clinc.

Abe AI provides voice- and messaging-enabled conversational platform for FIs. Guilfoyle, a computer scientist, co-founded the company in 2016. Before that he spent 10 years creating business value in data across multiple industries including financial services, consumer product goods, and cybersecurity.
