mBank, the Polish direct bank, rebooted its user experience and relaunched in June. So far, 500,000 users have signed up for the updated experience. Senior director Michal Panowicz discussed the relaunch at a TechCrunch event in Warsaw. The bank previously launched in 2000 and had not updated its UX in that time.
