Austin Capital Bank CEO Beguin to speak at FinAi Banking Summit
Summit takes place March 2-3 in Denver
Austin Capital Bank co-founder and Chief Executive Erik Beguin will speak at the inaugural FinAi Banking Summit in Denver on March 3, 2026.
The summit, which takes place at the Westin Denver Downtown, brings together a curated community of executives, technologists and decision-makers across the FinAi ecosystem.
Beguin will speak on the panel “Gen AI in the ring: Fight against fraud” on Tuesday, March 3, at 1:15 p.m. local time. Panelists will address:
- How to identify gen AI-driven fraud;
- How FIs are fighting advanced threats with emerging technology;
- Enhancing AML, fraud prevention and regulatory reporting.
Fraud increased 25% year over year in 2024 to $12.5 billion, according to FTC data. Beguin and his team work to deploy emerging technology to keep that threat at bay. Austin Capital Bank’s security efforts include the July launch of its Fort Knox High Security Savings Account, which introduces friction to digital banking processes to fight fraud.
