Southeast Housing Shows Mixed Progress
Builders and brokers report that home prices appreciated in October, but buyer traffic has dropped sharply in recent months. The Atlanta Fed’s Construction and Real Estate Survey also notes that brokers saw a slowdown in sales and lower inventories than a year ago.
