  • If you know of any business owner that needs capital to grow and meets this general criteria, please have
    them give me a call.
  • We purchase commercial Accounts Receivables. For example:

1) Our clients either render a service or sell a product to another
business “B2B”.

2) Our clients invoice for those sales activities and wait 30, 60 or even 90 days to be paid.

3) Alternatively Gateway purchases the invoices from our clients under the following structure:

a) Invoices are typically purchased within 24 hours after they are generated providing our
clients with immediate access to their working capital.

b) We advance somewhere between 70% to 92% of the invoice.

c) When the invoice is paid, we 1) repay the amount that was initially advanced; 2) pay our fees; and 3) remit the remaining
balance back to our client.

Typical Customer Profile:

  • Companies generating between $300,000 and $25 million in annual revenue.
  • The companies don’t qualify for commercial bank financing, for example startups, un-profitable,
    financially troubled, tainted credit, etc…
  • They are typically looking for cash to pay vendors, make payroll, pay taxes or expand.
  • Finally, the companies must be doing business with other companies “B2B” and have Accounts Receivables
due from those customers (Typically carrying $50,000 to $2 million of A/R
    on their balance sheet).

We service a variety of industries, including

– Apparel – Temp Staffing – Service Providers

– Distributors – Manufacturing – Sub-contractors

– Transportation – Security firms – Government Contract

Geographical Focus: Nationwide

Strengths over the competition:

  • We have 30 years of combined experience in the finance industry.
  • We are privately owned, credit decisions are made within hours and you deal with a decision maker.
  • We service using our proprietary SoftCall® methodology.
  • We are well capitalized and have ample capacity.
  • We offer a Select Service program whereby our clients choose which customers and which invoices they
    want to Factor.
  • We have the capacity to purchase $25,000 up to $1.5 million of A/R’s from any one client.
  • We can syndicate larger opportunities to provide combined Asset Based Lending facilities
(including Inventory) in excess of $1.5 million.
  • We have the ability to offer purchase order financing.

Our website www.gatewaycfs.com covers some additional facets
of our business.

Let me know if you come across any business that could benefit from our services.
