Investor Savings Bank’s Kevin Cummings discusses rebranding the bank

Kevin Cummings, left, president and CEO of Investor Savings Bank (NASDAQ:ISBC), headquartered in Short Hills, NJ, discussed the bank’s recent rebranding campaign during a presentation at the New Jersey Bank Marketing Asssociation’s May 2011 marketing seminar in Clark, NJ.

Investors Savings Bank is an Independent, full-service community bank operating over 82 branches across the Garden State. With approximately $9.4 billion in assets, we have the size, scope and talent to deliver a full range of banking products and services.

Mr. Cummings was appointed President and Chief Executive Officer of Investors Savings Bank effective January 1, 2008 and was also appointed to serve on the Board of Directors of Investors Savings Bank at that time. He previously served as Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of Investors Savings Bank since July 2003.

Before joining Investors Savings Bank, Mr. Cummings had a 26-year career with the independent accounting firm of KPMG LLP, where he had been partner for 14 years. Immediately prior to joining Investors Savings Bank, he was an audit partner in KPMG’s Financial Services practice in their New York City office and lead partner on a major commercial banking client. Mr. Cummings also worked in the New Jersey community bank practice for over 20 years. Mr. Cummings has a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from Middlebury College and an MBA from Rutgers University. He is a member of the Board of Governors for the New Jersey League of Community Bankers, Chairman of the Summit Speech School, a member of the Board of Trustees for St. Peter’s Prep, a member of the Board of Trustees for the Independent College Fund and a member of the Board of Trustees for The Inner City Scholarship Fund.
