Vine Financial, a commercial lending accelerator for banks and credit unions, has enhanced its AI-powered platform to analyze additional financial statements, helping lenders make faster, more accurate credit decisions.
The update extends Vine’s document-reading capabilities beyond tax returns to include audited and interim financials, according to today’s Vine release. With AI, data is automatically imported into lenders’ customized spreading templates, reducing manual entry, improving audit readiness and strengthening credit quality.
“Manual data entry slows down lenders’ decisions and introduces errors that can affect credit quality,” David Eads, chief executive and co-founder of Vine, said in the release. “By expanding our capabilities, we’re automating more of the process so lenders can make faster, more accurate decisions.”
With the expanded data coverage, lenders gain a fuller financial picture of borrowers, improving efficiency and competitiveness, according to the release.
