Philadelphia Organizational Performance Expert Jane Hartman Frankel Appearing on “Let’s Talk Sales Culture” BlogTalkRadio Internet Talk Show, February 12 at 4pm

CHERRY HILL, NJ – February 10, 2009 – Philadelphia-based organizational performance coach Jane Hartman Frankel, founder of The Art of Performance LLC, will be the guest on this week’s episode of “Let’s Talk Sales Culture,” the Internet based live call-in radio show hosted by Todd Cohen, the Philadelphia-based president of Sales Leader LLC.

Frankel, who founded her consultancy in 2006, will discuss “The Concept of the Customer” and take questions from the show’s audience.

Listeners can hear the show at http://www.blogtalkradio.com/toddcohen, and can call in with questions for Frankel at +1-646-929-1341. The show airs live on Thursday, February 12, at 4 p.m. Eastern Standard Time, and a recorded podcast is available about an hour after the show concludes.

Frankel’s unique approach to building organizations for sustainability places primary importance on internal and external customer relationships and capabilities. She has also managed several alliances between large and small companies resulting in new business models and significant revenue generation. Jane recently published a five-part series: Empowered Employees: An Organizational Learning Model. She has also written several articles on how organizational leaders can create cultures that foster outstanding performance.

She holds Master’s degrees in Education and in Organizational Dynamics, and is an Adjunct Professor of Business Communications and Entrepreneurship at Chestnut Hill College, Philadelphia, PA and of International Organizational Behavior at Arcadia University in Glenside, PA. Her firm’s website is http://www.artofperformance.net, and her email address is janehfrankel@artofperformance.net.

Cohen, an expert in creating high-performance sales cultures that achieve significant improvement in a company’s sales performance, launched the talk show program December 18 on the popular Internet talk radio service, BlogTalkRadio. Cherry Hill-based Professional Podcasts LLC is assisting Cohen with technical production of the broadcasts.

“We’ve admired and respected Jane Frankel’s expertise for years, and I’m absolutely thrilled that she has agreed to be a guest on “Let’s Talk Sales Culture,” said Cohen. “Sales people need to understand as much as they can about their customers, and I can’t think of a better guest to help our audience gain insight into the most effective ways to deal with customers than Jane.”

Listeners to the Todd Cohen “Let’s Talk Sales Culture” radio show can also share sales experiences and questions with Todd, either via email (todd@toddcohen.com), the ToddCohen Blog (www.toddcohen.com/blog) or by listening to the live show. There is also a “chat” room function at the www.blogtalkradio.com/toddcohen page that can be used to communicate with Todd during the live program.

“As an effective sales leader and team coach, Todd has already recognized how podcasts would extend the reach of his training and management expertise to a global audience of sales practitioners with portability and convenience,” said Steve Lubetkin, managing partner of Professional Podcasts. “Todd is now taking his expertise into the next channel of social media, Internet talk radio, to broaden the exchange of information with his colleagues in a real-time live Internet conversation.”
