‘Pass the CFA’ iPhone App Shooting Up the Rankings
Apparently, many iPhone users want to pass the Certified Financial Analyst exam.
A new app for the iPhone called “Pass the CFA Level 1” is climbing up the iPhone app ranks. “Pass the CFA” was the finance app climbing the most in the overall ranking of most-downloaded or purchased iPhone apps. “Pass the CFA” is now the 112th most popular iPhone finance app, according to TopAppCharts.com.
The most popular finance app for the iPhone is the PayPal app, according to TopAppChart.com.
This “Pass the CFA” app climbing the charts is actually a 2.0 version launched last February. It promises to provide more than 500 digital “study cards” and to cover “every CFA Level 1 topic.” “Pass the CFA Level 1” costs $19.95 and was produced by Passing Score. And, yes, there is a “Pass the CFA Level 2” iPhone app available.
The lesson: iPhone users seem to want finance apps that have real utility.
