Brody Gapp serves the mortgage banking industry, including mortgage banks, credit unions, depositories and mortgage brokers, according to the firm.
Recently, Brody Gapp started offering compliance reviews for fintechs, including AI-driven pre-underwriting platform Friday Harbor, Brody previously told FinAi News.
Instead of leaving the due diligence to the financial institutions, fintechs “are taking a proactive approach by conducting their own compliance audits and using the results as a market differentiator,” he said.
During the panel, “The future of lending compliance in the age of AI,” Brody will discuss how to maintain compliance in an evolving landscape. He will be joined by:
- Pratik Gautam, vice president and lead AI/Gen AI manager at Citi; and
- Will Rhoads, chief innovation officer at Sonata Bank.
