Agentic AI services provider UiPath is embedding agentic AI into all data-driven manual processes in its financial services offerings.

UIPath’s solutions are a natural fit for data and information intensive workflows like loan origination, KYC and financial crime compliance, Mark Rubinstein, director of product management, financial services and insurance, told FinAi News.

“For some solutions, our customers report savings in the form of hours saved compared to pre-existing processes, such as reducing loan set-up times [up to 50%] or cutting [quality check] cycles from hours to minutes,” he said.

UiPath’s agentic AI tools are being adopted by financial services, insurance and banking companies, Rubinstein said.

SunCoast Credit Union, Fiserv, State Street and VP Bank are among them, according to a UiPath release.

Earnings

UiPath’s customized agentic AI models and workflows allow businesses to easily deploy gen AI, giving them an edge over competitors, Daniel Dines, chief executive, said during the company’s fourth-quarter earnings call on March 11.

The New York-based company has been working with financial institutions for years, so it recognizes bottlenecks and how to get rid of them, Dines said.

“It’s about knowing the domain deeply enough to manage and operate it at scale for real impact,” he said. “We’re seeing strength in areas like financial services and health care, international markets like Australia.”

During the quarter, UiPath reported:

  • Annual recurring revenue of $1.85 billion, up 11% year over year; and
  • Revenue of $481 million, up 14% YoY.

Acquisition

To expand its offerings, UiPath acquired AI-driven AML service provider WorkFusion last month for an undisclosed amount, according to UiPath’s release.

“WorkFusion’s pre-built AI agents fit perfectly into the UiPath platform and our current menu of agentic solutions for the financial services industry.”

— Mark Rubinstein, director of product management, UiPath

“After partnering with WorkFusion in October 2025, we were able to validate that fit through an OEM agreement,” he said. “This acquisition is the natural next step, allowing us to scale faster, reach more customers, and accelerate our mission.”

WorkFusion’s AI agents will be integrated into UiPath’s platform over the next several months, he said, adding that “we are bringing over WorkFusion employees to strengthen our financial services solutions and go to market teams.”
