London-based B2B core banking platform XYB named Derek Joyce as its chief executive on May 30.
Joyce previously worked at American Express, Klarna, Bread and Alloy and brings 20 years of experience to XYB, according to a company release.

Joyce “actually came in and built a business plan and fundraised in the background” before his formal appointment as CEO, he told Bank Automation News at Money2020 Europe this month, noting that working with the team during that time helped him learn the business and understand the team.
FTV Capital appoints Earnshaw to lead new London office
Richard Earnshaw has been appointed FTV Capital’s head of office and partner at the investor firm’s new London office.

He joined FTV Capital this year to lead the U.K. team after 13 years at private equity firm Hg, an FTV Capital release stated. At Hg, he was the director and a member of the board, according to his LinkedIn profile.
Wagner new investment banking lead in 3 EU countries
Christian Wagner has been appointed head of investment banking for Germany, Austria and Switzerland at Barclays, according to a June 7 release from the bank.
Prior to joining Barclays, Wagner served as the managing director of Morgan Stanley in German-speaking regions, where he led the financial coverage franchise, the release stated.

“Success in Germany is central to our overall European growth plan,” Duncan Goelst, head of investment banking for continental Europe, said in the release. “By bringing our global capabilities to clients in the [three-country] region and helping them thrive domestically and internationally, we can increase our market share and win new mandates.”
Barclays declined Bank Automation News’ request for comment.
Moneyhub names Goulston new personal finance tech director
Data and payments service provider Moneyhub has appointed Jack Goulston as business development director of its personal finance technology vertical, the company said in a June 19 release.

Moneyhub’s PFT team designs end-to-end customizable customer solutions for its FI clients, which help users improve their financial health, the release stated.
Moneyhub creates white-label solutions for companies in the retail financial services, utilities and general insurance sectors, the release stated.
“We have ambitious plans for the future and look forward to working together to make these ambitions a reality in the coming months and years,” Dan Scholey, chief operating officer, said in the release.
Harris appointed new IXOPAY CEO
Global Payments company IXOPAY has appointed Brady Harris as CEO, according to a June 3 release from the company.
Harris will oversee the Vienna-based IXOPAY merger with data security company TokenEx, which was announced on April 17, the release stated.

“The integration of tokenization and orchestration allows us to offer a platform that not only supports multipayment processing but also fosters the development of innovative services,” Harris said in the release.
Prior to joining IXOPAY, Harris was on the board of directors of accounts receivable company Ualett and had also served as a private equity adviser for Advent International.
