Speaker Profiles
Douglas Blakey joined Retail Banker International in 2005 as a reporter, before progressing to deputy editor and then editor. He has been editor of Retail Banker International for the past 2 years.
Daniel Mayo is the practice leader for Ovum’s global financial services technology team, covering the retail and corporate banking sectors and financial markets industries. He specializes in core systems, payments and compliance, and IT spending/ investment trends across North America, Europe, and Asia-Pacific and has experience working in both the European and North American theatres.
Kishen Kumar has over 17 years of experience in banking. He has worked with various banks in different capabilities including; HSBC( IT, operations, treasury), JPMC(IT operations, investment banking and trading), BNP Paribas(retail, insurance and cash management)in various roles from sales to operations in IT.
