In a recent speech, Atlanta Fed President Dennis Lockhart said a â??gradual normalization of monetary policyâ?? has begun. While predicting economic growth will speed up this quarter, Lockhart also sounded a note of caution about the ongoing yet very slow recovery of the labor market.
