Banks and tech companies continue to launch Paycheck Protection Program solutions. Google recently got involved with three new tools backed by artificial intelligence to help banks navigate the program. Temenos, meanwhile, partnered with Microsoft to help banks tackle cybersecurity and lower their rate of false positives when detecting financial crime.
In other news, banks are finding new ways to connect with customers on social media, often through vendor relationships. Some banks are finding Pinterest to be a valuable way to drive conversion as consumers use the platform to plan major life events.
