Alex Carriles, Head of Online Banking, BBVA Compass will speak at Bank Innovation Ignite in Seattle in March 2019 on the Natural Language Banking panel.

On this panel, Carriles will be addressing all things pertaining to natural language banking and artificial intelligence, the implications for customer experience, and the solutions to incorporate NLP in your bank’s innovation strategy.

Carriles joined the bank as VP – director of operations in 2006 and quickly moved up to the ranks of executive VP – director of mobile strategy and retail innovation. In January 2018, he was named the executive director of online and mobile banking at BBVA Compass. Prior to BBVA, Carriles served as CEO of hardware company F.A. Corporation as well as CEO of data network provider Datanywhere.com

Bank Innovation Ignite will be held at the Hotel Olive8 in Seattle and will feature startup demos as well as sessions on data-sharing in the era of open banking, wealth management in the AI age, and much more.
