Options, a provider of cloud-enabled managed services to the global capital markets, today announced a $100 million investment from New York private equity firm Bregal Sagemount. The London-based Options said it will use the funds to seek strategic growth initiatives, invest in platform innovations, and expand its reach in key financial centers across the world.

Founded in 1993, Options started out as a hedge fund technology service provider. Now it has grown into a provider of managed IT and outsourcing services to global capital markets and financial services firms.
