Marie Floyd, Senior Vice President and Head of Digital Consumer Experience at Wells Fargo, is set to speak at Bank Innovation 2017.

Floyd is responsible for customer insight and digital applications at the San Francisco-based bank, an area that includes the company’s web applications as well as the content and design of its mobile offerings.

The bank’s mobile app was redesigned last year, to include new capabilities such as Touch ID fingerprint login. In its 2016 fourth quarter results, the bank reported 27.3 million active customers on digital, a number that includes both mobile and online customers.

Floyd has been part of the bank since 2015. She previously served as the vice president of design for eBay as well as the vice president of customer experience for Intuit.  She is also the co-author of the 2002 book HomePage Usability: 50 Websites Deconstructed, together with Jacob Nielson of the Nielson Norman Group, with whom Floyd was also previously affiliated. Floyd will join a panel on mobile banking and the IoT (Internet of Things) at 1:30 PM PST on March 7 in San Jose, Calif, alongside executives from Bank of America, Visa, and Green Dot.

Floyd is the latest in a pool of these top industry officials to join the Bank Innovation speaker roster. The event, where the best conversations in fintech take place, will also feature speakers from Silicon Valley Bank, Mastercard, U.S. Bank, and Fiserv, among others.

Together with these panels and presentations, attendees will be able to view startup demos and connect with experts in fintech at the Innovation Bar.
